ARINAGA is a coastal town southeast of Gran Canaria. Compased of Playa de Arinaga, former supplier of lime for the whole island, directly at the sea, it has a promenade of approx. 2 km, and an estimated population of 8.000 inhabitants, and Cruce de Arinaga with an estimated population of aprox. 7.000 inhabitants. Both belongs to the municipality of Agümes. They lies about 30 km from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 10 from the airport, and 20 of Maspalomas. It. Sparsely  tourism.

Getting there

Highway GC 1, exit nr. 25 Agüimes, industrial area Arinaga, direction Agüimes at the next possible turn right, at the third roundabout turn left (you will see the Lidl on the right) the next roundabout straigth, after approx. 100 m after the church you will see the ACHÉ on the right.
